The winter weekend trip to Roman Trier (Dec 7th to 10th) can
be by Eurostar and we will be guided by a local German archaeologist
and Dr Paul Wilkinson. Our chosen hotel is opposite the Roman
gateway of Porta Nigra. We will visit the Roman Basilica and
museum, the Imperial Baths and amphitheatre and the Archaeological
Museum.
